Quantum Eating : the Ultimate Elixir of Youth

This book is fantastic especially if you are already on the 'eating for health' journey. I just couldn't put it down. The first couple of chapters were a bit hard going for me as I am not very smart with quantum physics!! However, please persist -there are many, many gems to unfold. I found it helpful to get accustomed to Tonya's, (the author), style, through reading articles from her website and facebook page. She truly is one very intelligent woman who walks her talk and shares volumes of information. At first I thought her focus was too much on 'beauty' per se - but it goes far far beyond that. Anyway we all want to look and feel our best don't we?!!

Think Ageless

This is an awesome book! Tanya Zavasta is a very beautiful and intelligent young woman. She is very transparent. She tries to simplify difficult to understand concepts. She is an amazing individual. In her book, she tries to help others live a life free from chronic sickness and disease. I am very knowledge about fasting and good nutrition; however, I was able to learn new things from her to implement immediately into my lifestyle. If you are serious about aging gracefully and using the body's natural healing abilities to accomplish this goal, this book is for you. I would like to thank Tanya Zavasta for being controversial enough to step out and challenge standard medical, nutritional, and exercise practices by researching and applying a scientific quantum physics approach. I really appreciate this book.
