Of course I gave Midnight Robber, a romance novel, a five star. It is worthy of one because the author, Tricia, did an excellent job of holding my interest and it was a well written book. I will recommend it to my family and friends,

Short and Sweet

I was given a pre-publication special to read and for a romance the novella was good. It touches on the areas the genre is known for and the chemistry between the two is quite...unique, to say the least. The characters weren't the typical cookie-cutter types and at times, I could see it calling out the the bad-boy for what he is. Serena sounds like my kind of girl, especially with the debt, and I found her and her situation reflecting a sad truth in the economy. She comes across as the average, North American woman. Although it was short, it was enjoyable. I would recommend it for those who are looking for a quick romance and don't have time to invest in the longer 300 page novels.

One crazy night!

This book is really interesting and I had to keep flipping pages to find out what would happen next! The MC is a sad person, not just in emotion but she's lost her boyfriend and now her job. She takes up living at a friends house while trying to pull herself together. While there a thief, our "hero", is trying to steal a necklace for his "boss". I was a little confused on this part because our hero and the friend who owns the house have the same last night ...I think they might be cousins because in the end its clear they know each other...Anyways, while struggling to be free of our hero's gasp things get hot and heavy... The night isn't over here however!! More exciting stuff happens that you have to read the book to find out!
The book is well written and easy to read. I'm looking forward to reading the second book!
